📝 Blog Post: "Why I Still Take Berberine Every Day – One Year Later"
About a year ago, I watched a video by Dr. Eric Berg, one of the few health experts I truly respect. Calm, smart, and always straight to the point – I’ve followed him for years. That day, he was talking about Berberine, a natural compound found in certain plants, known for its powerful health effects.
And he wasn’t the only one impressed. I’ve since watched several other videos, and almost every expert lists over a dozen benefits. For me, these five stand out:
